One of the highlights of Kenmore’s First Fridays was discovering that Magic City Brewery was present at the event. Magic City Brewery is our version of Cheers, and we were thrilled to find out that they had some of their fantastic beer available at the event. Their beers are reasonably priced at five dollars each, and we highly recommend you check out their micro-brewery in Barberton if you’re ever in the area.
The Neighborhood’s Revitalization
Kenmore has not been historically known as the best neighborhood, but we were excited to see the efforts being made to revitalize it. The First Fridays event was full of people enjoying themselves, checking out the local vendors, and supporting the community. The live bands that played throughout the evening were a great way to bring people together and enjoy the summer weather. It was also pleasant to see the new mural that was created. It’s reassuring to see that the neighborhood is undergoing positive changes that are beneficial for the community.
