Visit Europa-Park in Rust, Germany, for the Holidays

Hey, it’s Wes and Chanda, and welcome to DinkLife! We’ve made it to Rust, Germany, and we’re currently at Europa Park on the day after Christmas, armed with a two-day pass. Join us as we explore the park over the next couple of days. We fell in love with Europa Park during our visit in May 2022, and we were determined to find our way back here to enjoy it once more. So, tag along with us and see what unfolds!

Our two-day pass set us back $130 USD per person, and parking cost $9 per car. The park is adorned with festive Christmas decorations, and even the amusement park is dog-friendly. We’ve encountered some Christmas markets with tempting 50% off deals, adding to the holiday spirit. Our adventures include rides on the water coaster and a shooting gallery with a Buzz Lightyear vibe.

Europa Park’s attention to detail is remarkable, from the themed areas like Switzerland to the enchanting Arthur section. Unfortunately, we missed out on Arthur this time but indulged in the thrilling Silver Star coaster. The park’s winter Ferris wheel caught our attention, showcasing the unique seasonal offerings.

Our journey also led us through various themed areas like Paddington Station and Ireland, where we discovered impressive crafts rivaling those found in Christmas markets. From the Ice Bar to the virtual queue experience, Europa Park impressed us with its operational efficiency and theming. Noteworthy rides included the Can Can Coaster, a fantastic dark indoor coaster, and the impressive Pirates of Batavia.

As we conclude our two-day adventure at Europa Park, we’re thrilled with the experiences, even in the bustling post-Christmas crowds. The park’s stellar operations, accurate wait times, and engaging rides make it a must-visit. We highly recommend exploring Europa Park if you ever get the chance. So, whatever you decide to do, just get out there and do it!
